I moved a bunch of Krakka Roots into the company chest, box 2. It takes feeding 30 to other chocobos (not your own) for the achievement.
Anyone can take them, but I ask that if you do, you put in 4 Krakka Root Seeds per 30 roots you take. You can buy Krakka Root Seeds from the vender at the Goblet Exchange. It's going to be on the honor system for now, but if people take and don't give any seeds, we'll run out pretty quickly.

Took out a stack of Krakkas, tossed in 15 seeds.  Good Lord those things are expensive - 52.5k-ish for the haul.  Does harvesting produce extra seeds, or do you constantly have to find more?  (I know that's more of a gardening question, but.)

Nothing crossbreeds into Krakka seeds. The only way to get them is buying them from that vender. I've been paying out of my pocket for using them in all the crossbreeds I've done (since they're used in a lot).
