New Subforums for PUGCraft

Hey all!

I've created some new subforums for PUGCraft -- our Minecraft mod pack. :D

Right now, it's just some general stuff, but I hope to expand on it as interest gains. :)

I'd like to build on this and make this pack better and more balanced, so if you guys see things you think should be rebalanced, let me know and we'll see about making adjustments based on feedback we get. :D
